1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

8 Liability Limits

Boskucuci is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of opportunity, business interruption, or data loss. boskucuci's maximum liability to any member is limited to the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
