No. Each individual is only allowed to hold one account only at boskucuci. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are considered a violation of our terms of use and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and their balances forfeited. The KYC process at boskucuci requires you to upload a copy of your valid identity card (MyKad) or passport, along with proof of current address such as a bank statement or utility bill. The review process is usually completed within 1–3 business days. KYC is only required when you wish to make a withdrawal exceeding a certain limit, or when the system identifies a need for additional verification.

Most deposits via FPX, DuitNow and e-wallets are credited to your boskucuci account instantly or within 5 minutes. For manual bank transfers, processing may take up to 15–30 minutes depending on transfer timing and your bank. If your deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of transaction.
Yes, deposit limits vary depending on the payment method selected. Generally, the minimum deposit starts from RM 20 for most payment methods. The daily maximum limit depends on your account level and KYC status. VIP members enjoy higher deposit limits compared to regular members. boskucuci does not charge any processing fees for deposits. The amount you enter is the full amount that will be credited to your gaming account. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply a small charge depending on their own policies — this is outside boskucuci's control.
Fund Withdrawal
Withdrawals at boskucuci are processed quickly. Once your request is approved, funds will reach your bank account or e-wallet within 15 minutes to 2 hours for standard requests. For large withdrawals or those requiring additional review, processing may take up to 24 hours. VIP members enjoy faster priority processing.
Before making a withdrawal, make sure you have:

Wagering requirement or rollover is the total amount you need to wager before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, if you receive a RM 50 bonus with a 10x rollover, you must place wagers totalling RM 500 before the bonus can be withdrawn. You can check your rollover progress at any time in the Active Bonus in your account.
Weekly cashback is calculated automatically based on your total net losses over the week. The cashback percentage depends on your membership tier — the higher your VIP level, the greater the cashback rate you receive. Cashback is credited directly to your account every Monday and can be used for gameplay immediately with no additional wagering requirements.
Generally, only one active bonus that can be active at one time. You must complete or cancel your current bonus before claiming a new one.
